Neil Berrow

I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for the internet. I possess an array of well rounded competencies, these include strong design skills, strategic planning, in depth project planning, analytical reports/testing, business strategies and in depth marketing research/plans.

My desire to embrace challenges has enabled me to establish myself very quickly in the various industries that I have worked in. I am very sociable with a genuine friendly nature, this has enabled me to build solid business relationships and friends. I thoroughly enjoy speaking to groups, my experience in teaching and training to various ages is something I embrace and improve on.

My current position as a Senior Web Designer at one of the largest iGaming corporations has enabled me to gain in depth experience of the industry. Here I am responsible for various tasks, these range from project planning projects, collating, creating and distributing assets and documentation. I am the most senior designer in my department in which I art direct many projects. As part of my Project Manger duties I write specification documents and proposals along with plan timings, acquire budget constraints and ensure deadlines are met in particular projects. I can build websites from scratch and have good solid experience in various programming languages. I enjoy problem solving which I believe comes hand in hand with everything I do on a daily basis. I'm heavily involved in SEO strategies to gain the maximum conversions for the many gaming sites we have live across our network.

I have a passion for the internet and technology. I make it a fundamental part of my daily activity to learn new and exciting approaches when dealing with internet and it's users. My unrelentless determination to improve is unmatched, I constantly feel the need to streamline work flows and time, this is the fundamental element that I believe is the future of progressing forward on the internet.

I have designed, project planned and implemented various websites and online software solutions, this I do in my spare time and in the workplace.

I currently have 2 personal projects which I enjoy working on in my spare time. The first is an educational platform, I use this to A/B test my interface designs and tweak items to produce the most out of the application.

The other project I enjoy is more design orientated, I create t-shirt artwork for my own personal pleasure. 64 is my line of 'tees', the bespoke designs are printed in a limited number of 64, hence the brand name. You can view my work at 64tees.com and on my Facebook page.
